Yoga Stretch Break

Join us for an energizing yoga practice as we create space for inspiration and exploration. This session is an all-levels class for everyone (first-time or seasoned). Please wear clothes that are comfortable and allow for self-expression. You may want to use a mat or other comforts such as straps, blankets, and props, if desired. The yoga session will be held online on Wednesday October 21, 2020 at 11:30 am PST. The session will last about 45 mins. Link to online session will be provided to participants prior to event.

This year’s class will be led by Lacey Davis, an experienced Yoga instructor. The practice of Yoga is known to reduce stress and encourage personal well-being through effective physical and mental health support.
